Foresight Solar Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM”) of the Company held on 23 April 2015, the resolutions: (i) To approve and adopt the report and accounts for the period ended 31 December; (ii) To approve the Director`s Remuneration Report; and (iii) To approve the Director`s Remuneration Policy, were duly approved by shareholders.
